A wrong figure
If something on this site is wrong — a scale, a parts count, a nozzle diameter, a paint base, an age mark, a price band, or a description of how something behaves — say so. It is checked, it is corrected, and the page keeps a record of what changed and when. Of everything that arrives in the inbox this is the most useful, and it is dealt with first.
Asking about something on a page here
All of it is read, and whatever can be answered is answered. A question that turns up for the third or fourth time stops being an email and turns into a page, which reaches far more people than a private reply could.
Writing on behalf of a brand
Data sheets, fitting instructions, compatibility tables and corrections of fact are all welcome, and they genuinely do change what the pages say. What is not for sale: a place in a family, a sentence, or a mention. A kit sent unasked buys nothing and reserves nothing, and offers of that sort go unanswered.
